I’m happy to be a part of The ABUAD Timeline crew. Now, my part is to help those concerned about keeping fit and maintaining a strong and healthy body to engage in some physical exercises to help run their day to day activities without stress. Although there’s a little stress involved during the workout sessions but like I always say; It is better to suffer the 1hr of stress and live the remaining 23hrs with the feeling of immortality than spending 8hrs in bed, another 8 sitting on wood or plastic and the remaining 8 in the name of time. Always remember; It takes 1 second to make a decision and the next second to start implementing on that decision. So don’t miss out on this. Make sure you engage yourself.
