Belly fat can be so so annoying.Lol.I know this because I have been through it .With belly fat,you have little or no opportunities to crop your top or even flex your tummy.Infact the disadvantages outway the advantages.To be very Frank,there are no advantages.
Belly fat makes anyone going through it feel very uncomfortable and shapeless…one major disadvantage is that it brings about sickness. When talking about sickness, i mean cholesterol in the body.
Many people have brought about ways to solve this major problem among ladies which brought about the introduction of waist trainers.Positive results and comments from users have encouraged other ladies to also use waist trainers but they later find out that it doesn’t work for them.This is not because it is for some selected people but because it has a lot of procedures most women cannot follow. To avoid all these struggle,there are natural remedies which you can also try out. We shall be examining them below:

1.Stop late night food
    This will be hard for most people as we are used to grabbing that midnight snack when watching a movie or late at night after lectures.You can stop this for sometime…To reduce your belly fat,your last meal for the day should be around 6:00pm and it should be very light..This helps your food digest on time and helps to also reduce the fat in your tummy.
2.Don’t eat sugar and avoid sugar sweetened drinks.
      Studies show that this has uniquely harmful effects on metabolic health.When you take in a lot of refined sugar,the liver gets overloaded with fructose and is forced to turn it all into fat.Even sugar sweetened beverages are linked to a 60% increased risk of obesity in children. So do not think you are too young to avoid the intake of so much sugar.
3.Eat more protein
     Eating more protein is a great long term strategy to reduce belly fat..Infact,protein is the most important macronutrient when it comes to loosing weight. Not only will it help you loose,it can also help you avoid regaining weight if you ever decide to abandon weight loss efforts.Therefore,eating a lot of protein is a major way to reduce belly fat if it is your goal.
4.Exercise!
    This is one of the best things you can do if you want to live a healthy life and avoid diseases.Most of use think exercise is so stressful and all.If reducing belly fat is one of your goals and you want to be as sexy as before you have to exercise..it is compulsory.
Aerobic exercise (walking,swimming,running e.t.c) has shown to cause major reductions in belly fat in numerous studies. It is very important because it leads to reduced inflammation,blood sugar levels and all the other metabolic abnormalities that are associated with central obesity.
5.Decompress.
     Studies show that the secretion of cortisol(a hormone your body produces during times of stress) is correlated with an increase in belly fat. Set out time to rest no matter how busy your schedule is.Some people need up to 7 hours of sleep to rest well.Don’t cheat nature!

For all those who do not have belly fat yet but are getting there,there a number of things you can do to avoid the fat:
1.Reduce your intake of alcohol
2.Wear a lot of fitted dresses:if you wear fitted dresses,you tend to be contious so your  tummy wont  bulge out and so the dress will fit well.This helps you to watch your tummy well to avoid it from increasing.
